While I don't buy any other brand of toilet roll currently - a Good Karma loyalist till now... I regret to say that the quality of the tissues has deteriorated since they were first introduced, gradually becoming thinner and thinner. Disintegrates fast and hence more tissues are needed to get the job done. This might be a cost-effective decision on the company's part but you will lose customers if you don't focus on supplying a quality product. Reconsider your strategies and focus on long-term customer loyalty.
